01 — Subscription & Billing

Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?

No. MystiBox is a one-time purchase only. You will never be automatically charged again. There are no subscriptions, no recurring billing, and no hidden fees. You buy once, you receive your jar, done.

02 — What's Inside

What is actually inside the jar?

Each jar is filled with fashion jewelry pieces — earrings, necklaces, bracelets, rings, brooches, and styling accessories. The exact pieces vary by jar size and theme. All pieces are wearable, brand new, and never worn. The number of pieces depends on which jar you choose (5 to 55+ pieces).

03 — Materials

Is this real gold or silver jewelry?

No. MystiBox contains fashion jewelry, not fine jewelry. Pieces are made with alloy, enamel, rhinestone, resin, acrylic, faux pearl, and similar decorative materials. If you are looking for sterling silver, gold-filled, or hypoallergenic jewelry, MystiBox is not the right fit for you.

04 — Customization

Can I choose the pieces inside my jar?

No. The surprise is the experience. You cannot select specific pieces, styles, or colors. Each jar is individually curated — no two jars are identical. If you need exact control over what you receive, MystiBox is not the right product for you.

05 — Shipping Time

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

06 — Shipping Cost

Is shipping free?

Yes. Orders over $39.99 qualify for free shipping. For orders below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

07 — Damaged Items

What if my items arrive damaged or incorrect?

Contact us at coco@mystibox.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Damaged or incorrect items are covered with a full refund or replacement. We will make it right.

08 — Returns

Can I return or exchange my jar?

Because each jar is individually curated and the surprise is part of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a fulfillment error, we will fully resolve it. Contact coco@mystibox.co within 7 days of delivery.
