Processing Time

All orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships, when tracking is available.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually 7-15 business days after shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Cost

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $39.99. U.S. orders of $39.99 or more qualify for free standard shipping when eligible at checkout.

Package Tracking

Most orders include a tracking number so you can monitor the package journey. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
