At MystiBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return or refund.

What Can Be Returned

  • All items — including opened mystery boxes — are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
  • Items that arrive damaged or incorrect qualify for a full refund

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at coco@mystibox.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at coco@mystibox.co within 7 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
